ditto. works well for me.
a couple of years ago i designed a "spoke bag" for my uni. i never built it, but
it was simple enough. it was a slightly curved wallet with velcro fasteners that
attached to the spokes. then you can keep some money, a bank card, keys etc., in
a little bag that goes round and round under you. make it reflective for added
safety. there's plenty of room in there for a little bundle. even if it tends to
slip a little, centrifugal pressure keeps it in place when you're riding.
