Since some folks apparently didn't receive the corrected message on wheel size
rules for the 1995 NUC I sent out in early Feburary, here it is again. I am
sorry for the confusion, but the rules were not as clear as they could have been
on this matter. However, I appreciate Andy and Constance Cotter and John Foss
for helping me clarify this matter. Please let me know if there is still
confusion.

Here's a rules correction from Steve Cernkovich for the previously posted
information on the 1995 National Unicycling Convention.
