I love skiing.

However, I'm now going to college and living in Texas. It's the middle of November, and it's in the mid 70s :(

I'm definitely skiing when I go home for winter break in Pennsylvania! :D

Not yet. Discovery Basin (about an hour away from me) opens on thanksgiving.

But I don't think I'll get to go untill January 7th. Can't wait.

Yay Texas. It's 34 and a wet snow is coming down. Yuck. I'm happy for you.

I went skiing today! anyone else go?Not me. I'm thinking about getting back into skiing this winter. I have skis that I bought in 1994, which is when I last used them. Someone said that skis have changed a lot since then. And that I would look quite odd with my old-fashioned skis. But if they worked back then, why should I buy new ones?

I went this weekend... skianduniaddict- Lower Winter's Way was better than Sluice Saturday, but Tote Road took the trophy today where the snow wasn't too sticky...

Also a tele skier with BD Havoc skis and BD 02 bindings ridiculously stiff.
Free the heel and ski for real.

Wow so basicly, it snowed alll night long last night.

Yesterday we didn't have a drop of snow on the ground, then it started snowing in the late afternoon, we've got at least 10 inches of snow right now, and it's still snowing.

And we live down in the valley, I can't imagine how much snow the mountains are getting.

It was supposed to snow here last night, but I was up to 7am, and we got nothing. Just wet.
