Semcycles

I just got a "catalog" with semcycles in it. Could someone please explain how
this flexible frame works?

I'd appreciate input on the differences between the Semcycle and the XL.

Lastly, how much difference is there between a 24" and a 26"? I think I'd like
the 26", but would it be much harder to turn, etc than a 24"? I don't imagine
that I'll ever get into the advanced stuff.....

BTW, the pices I was quoted was $190 (Semcycle 20" and 24") and $130 (XL 20" and
24"). The Semcycle seat added on the XL is another $15.

As near as I can tell the seat rotates a little bit on its axis (the post) in
order to follow your weight distribution. I don't know where the movement
actually is, though.

I went from a 24" Schwinn to a 28" Unicycle Factory with an XL frame, and it was
no problem. It felt funny at first, and I took a few spills until I got use to
having push harder, but now riding is no problem. Turning is not a problem, and
I've been able to transfer my basic riding skills like idling, riding backwards,
hopping, and idling one-footed. I haven't tried the seat out tricks or riding
one footed, but as you can see its perfectly rideable. You don't want to make it
your primary trick unicycle, but its useful enough to maneuver when you need to.
If you want unicycle for transportation, a 26" will be good, and you might even
consider calling the UF to see if he still has 28" unicycles.
