So I understand that i am "asking for it" and that people are going to "persecute?" me? or my ideals and create and/or bring back "rival" threads, but in the end, there will always be people who UNICYCLE FOR CHRIST whether this thread exists or not.

My only point here is to remind you to include God in your rides. I don't care if you send me a PM(it would be cool) or post the ><> UNICYCLE FOR CHRIST<>< banner in your signature, but i hope that you consider doing it, even if you don't proclaim it.

Peace to all my brothers and sisters :)

Hey man!

Wanna unite? Join forces with <<<<>>>>Sledgehammer for Jebus<<<<>>>>

Together we can win! We'll be stronger(and more offensive) than anyone!

We'll smash things into bits and then ride on them(and gap over others).

My only point here is to remind you to include Jebus in your sledgehammerings. I don't care if you send me a PM(it would be cool) or post the <<<<>>>>Sledgehammer for Jebus<<<<>>>> banner in your signature, but i hope that you consider doing it, even if you don't proclaim it.

Peace be your weapon.

I never stopped striking. How you found out about my developmental problems, I've got no idea.

Skrobo: come on, man! It's not a plan, it's a way of living. A culture! A whole new way of looking at things. When I look at a fence, I don't just see a fence. I see something to smash with my sledgehammer. When I see a cat I don't just see a cat. I see something to smash with my sledgehammer. When I see a great public building I don't just... You see, there is a lot of bad in this world. And it has to be stopped. But who are we to say what's bad and what isn't? So, my idea is: let Jebus sort it out. I'll just go around smashing things and allow Jebus to protect the good and put the bad under my sledgehammer. In that way, whatever I sledgehammer is bad and deserved it.

Join me, we'll be the strongest!

Well i uni for my late granddad,
My riding was therapy to him in his last weeks, he LOVED watching videos of me as he could not get outside to see it - he didnt have the energy.
When i bust out a new move i just think of what his smile would have been like - it takes me away to another place.

This thread will only be as bad you make it, so if you are sick and tired of these threads, do not post in them anymore, do not click on them anymore.

If its useless, why post that? It will just put more life into the thread.

Anyways, I still like the idea, and will support. Nothing wrong with people getting together and being supportive of their similarities.

Well, I guess quite a bit of people on this forum disagree with that, maybe they should stop coming to these forums. =p

White male christians sure do suffer much "persecution" in the US.

Lets have the truth though. Christ really doesn't need anybody to unicycle for him. You're just using unicycling as a podium to get up and preach. That will always be annoying.

You don't need to quote any scriptures to be preaching. I thought you knew that.

And tomorrow I'm gonna sledgehammer a bunch of scriptures. If they survive it, then they really are holy. If they don't... I guess not.

I don't think these threads are preachy. All it is, is a thread for people with similar beliefs to get together and talk and ride. Doesn't seem preachy to me, but if it is, id count unicyclist.com as a preachy site too. :p

i'll have to turn down your offer, sorry ivan, that just doesn't sound like a good plan. How about sledgehammers for Jesus? There are a lot more people out there using sledgehammers in their jobs, to make a living, than there are unicyclists. It would seem to be a legit platform, and with access to more people!

Call it preaching, or call it advertising. No matter, this is Just Conversation and you can do what you want. Nobody made you click on the thread link, and nobody made you read any of this.

That said, this thread is still guilty of violating the "yet another thread on the same topic" thing. Why didn't you use the search?

Anyway, for that reason, this thread is officially thread pollution; a useless repeat thread. And I'm guilty of posting in it. Do you think any of us is going to teach Skrobo anything? I doubt it. In a few months, when he's bored, he's going to do it again.

It's like those guys who stand outside your school handing out orange bibles, you may take one just for kicks, but then they offer you again and again and again and you just want to kick them in the balls but you can't because they're old people (or in this case across the interweb). Far more evil are the people who want to sell you timeshares, or any other form of so-called "vacation ownership." A Catholic priest came to the Prospect Park Dog Run, where they were having a monthly Coffee Bark (where they give out free human food and coffee, and dog treats, and collect donations for a pro-dog organization.

This weekend is the blessing of the animals--St Francis Day.

So the priest said a few words about all the animals and their role throughout Biblical history, and then blessed every dog there.

I think my dog got disoriented in the crowd and lost me, and I lost her, and I was looking around for her in the area. Then I told some other people who know her to keep an eye out for her, I was going out searching. As I got toward the exit to the park, peopel told me they saw her heading down the street and that some people were trying to catch her. I kept uni-ing, calling her name, and came upon the people who caught her. Turns out she was trying to run home, and crossed the street and everything. Good thing she was blessed, or GOD knows what could have happened.

The moral of the story is get your pet blessed.

Tomorrow at St. John the Divine (NYC, upper Manhattan), they'll be blessing elephants and many of the animals that were on the arc with Noah. You can bring your dogs, cats, bunnies, turtles, snakes, etc to be blessed as well. The blessing is mainly for health.

Go to a high school and see if you hand out more bibles or cookies.
Well clearly those who prefer cookies over the word of God are not true Christians.

No dude, it's crappy.
People do it ALL THE TIME around here...stand outside the high school at 3:00 as students are leaving, and try to corner you and force a bible on you.
They're like Zombies.
Bibles are the best kindling for my home fire :)

the power that rests in my hands is promised to God, sorry Ivan.
So you are telling me its impossible to love god and also make use of sledgehammers?

God's power doesn't need sledgehammers (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showpost.php?p=861144&postcount=16).

Yes, but a sledgehammer really enhances the experience and broadens your options. With a sledgehammer you'll be able to smash things that you didn't think were smashable: golf balls, paper clips, tupperware, racing cars, ice-cream shops and, of course, small dogs.

Get one now and allow the wrath of the almighty to flow through your hands and fill the world with love, solemnity and vengeance.

Sledge be with you.

Even nalgene bottles...maybe.

Based on my brief perusal of the Internet regarding hits on the term "kosher pork" and my own knowledge of how the phrase "vegetarian meatballs" is used, I'd have to say, no.

technically speaking is there such a thing as a vegetarian MEATball?

No, but that's not the point.

Vegetarian meatball is a commonly used shorthand for a food that is like a meatball but is made from non-meat ingredients. Common that is if you're a vegetarian or vegan. Some don't use the term preferring instead meatless ball; others of us find that too awkward.

To my knowledge and from what I've seen, kosher pork is not a reference to a substance that tastes like pork but is made from kosher ingredients. It is simply an oxymoron or in some cases a joke. One site, for example, suggests that a pig could be genetically engineered to conform to the kosher dietary laws and another that using a kosher pickling process makes pork kosher.

Hey, you asked.

Sorry.

How would that work?
Get rid of the cloven hoof and you're home free?
