Here we go. Not really any rules in here because there is not a contest going on. Just come in here have a little chit, little chat watch some nice gaps and have a good time. I'm a bit tired of people making threads to talk about gaps and what they have done recently. Mainly skrobo bragging in all the thread so he can come in here and brag:). (He should like this since it will give him a big ego boost! Now we can keep him in here bragging all day and not every other thread on this site:p) So yeah just post some vids, get some tips and have a good time. Also, Rate That Gap! (RTG)

Anyways, I guess ill participate in this thread. Skrobo, your gap, It would be better if you filmed during the day, with a friend holding the camera around head or higher than head height, angled down to capture the full section of concrete. Be easier to judge the width that way.

From the looks of it, he hit the ramp like you would in Muni, and just rolled it, so im pretty sure its just his speed and the lip of the ramp that gave him that air, and hitting something at a random pedal position usually make you look about how he does. I think its fine.

I think he jumped. If you look at how the ramp is angled and how high he is, you'll see that he'd need some vertical boost to get there. That's what I think anyway.

And what I think is right, except for when it's wrong, which is never, except for those odd times, which never happen, but only occasionally...

Also, because you are able to make that post, you could also download any program you want, adobe, vegas, etc....

You don't even need a high end computer to do it with. A lot of time I am using adobe premiere pro 2 on a comp with 700Mhz processor, and about 512mb of ram. Works perfectly.

It isn't the most technical or biggest of gaps, but the picture quality is really nice, and it also looks like the tire grab, you are actually grabbing the tire fully, not just tapping it like I see in a lot of videos.

For that, I say 8.5/10.

the cranks are 137s ... the standard on the KH, the speed is from doing gaps constantly.

getting up and doing it again was easy. i convinced myself the only reason i fell is that boards were covering a small ditch and they kept breaking. So i would re arrange them in a stronger way and do it again.

the truck is like 6 feet high, there is a slight downhill that makes it about 7 feet where i land, and measured on the incline it's just over 13 feet horizontally to the landing point. i jumped up too, so there is really no telling how far down it was from the highest point.

that was very good. was that u? it probly was since the unicycle in ur pic and in the vid look similar. haha my record for jumping stairs on FEET is a 12 stair. i think my 12 stair mightve been slightly bigger but im not sure, but ne ways good job jumpin 12s takes sum guts and skill on a uni. u should have given us maybe a side view o the 12 set or sumtin. what were the dimensions? ne ways, from what i c in the vid id give approx 9.5/10.

yes i am calling myself stupid... slightly... if i miss a stairset in that way, i go do a smaller one and come back to it later when i have more confidence. i don't like messing up big sets, that is how ppl get hurt :/

as far as the bails go, pick the highlights and make those build up to the gap.

I would take away points because he likes to use music used in other uni movies, not just that one but others that he uploaded too. I think that's annoying, people should use different music.

id say this is probably b/c after people whatch a video over and over again they become attached with the music. theres been so many unicycle videos that the first time i saw them i thought the song was either bad or ok but after watching several times i started craving listening to that song lol.

Heres (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWr4CBRxaxE) the vid its from, the gap is at about 3:06. Its a gap to the palets behind the cable drum landing it on the crank. He isnt wearing a full face helmet, although it does look like it. I think its just an ordanary bike helmet.
