We're in the middle of a pretty good size snow storm right now (about a foot or
so average with lots of drifts and its still snowing). Anyhow, I decided to try
riding in it. I had some trouble where it was packed at odd angles and had to do
most of my riding in areas that were partially plowed. Do other people ride in
the snow, and do you have any good tips? I also tried a downhill off-road with
about a foot of snow (not plowed) and had some success. Lots of fun!!!!

Also, I saw somebody mention riding in stores. Has anybody else done this? Any
complaints from the management?

It can be quite fun riding through newly fallen powdered snow which is easy to
ride through. Packed snow can be fun as well as very challenging to get through.
Examine the pattern of packed snow ahead and try to plot the best course through
it and stay on top! The downhills can be the most fun and challenging of all!
