Here's the world's first rap about unicycling. It's part of my dream rapper (http://dreamrapper.wordpress.com) project. Listen to it, download it, let me know what you think. If you want to use it in a uni video, let me know.

I cannot believe that no one has yet replied to this thread.

As far as unicycle raps go, Busted was definitely pretty nice. Reminded me a bit of MC Frontalot (of www.frontalot.com).

BoojiBoy, you have reignited the flame that is my dream to become a professional rapper.

Okay it may not be the FIRST unicycle rap, but it is certainly the most awesome. Seriously, have you checked the charts lately? It's consistently in the top 3 for Unicycle Raps. And it has the honorable distinction of being the only unicycle rap composed entirely in a dream.

Since it's composed entirely in a dream, people aren't going to believe you can ride a uni in reality. You should make your own music video for it.

Ditto to the line about circus music. I use that music for my alarm on my cell phone, simply because it enrages me, and nothing gets me out of bed faster than to make it stop.

Yeah, for the video, I'm thinking about dressing all thug-like, get my Mr. T starter kit, put some tinfoil on my teeth, and rap while riding my unicycle around town. I'd need some fly girls in bikinis to ride in formation behind me...
Anyone know how to put hydrolics on a uni?

Yea, sorry there buddy boy. Idk that mine was the first either, but it was long before yours. I don't know if I have it uploaded anywhere, I'll check and post a link back here.

Okay...it wasn't uploaded but should be on my myspace shortly (look in signature). It's called "unicycle boy". I liked your song btw, it has a nice oldschool feel to it.

Cool man, I'll have to check it out when I get out of work. Wait, I think I remember that one. Was that really a rap song? Was it created out of a dream? Do I have to get all "Biggie Smalls" on ya?

I'm sensing the start of a unicycle rap battle. I need a posse, anyone want to join my crew? I need a couple hype guys to ride around saying "what! what! yeah! yeah!". Assistant to the MC position also available.

Consider this a challenge sir.

Haha :)

How about a simple poll with links to both songs?...we can see what the others think.

BoojiBoy and MC Chex were gettin' ready to fight--
they brought their unis and their posses on this musical night--
Booji started off smooth with some "yeah, yeah, what"
Then the old school MC prepared to kick his butt:
"You need more than smooth lines to rule in this game;
Don't be dissin' all my homeboys, cuz that shit is lame.
If you wanna prove your worth, you gotta wait in line;
Pwning [owning] all these posers always takes some time.
OMG BRB, mang, I gotta grab my ride:
My favourite unicycle, name of Wheelius PRIME."

Booji watched with raw amazement at the wheeled contraption,
Noting well its proper usage through leg contractions.
"Yo, MC Chex, I had a dream about those.
It was a tool of unmatched power for pimping all my hoes.
I'd wear a fancy wig and a purple coat,
Juggle coloured balls on a big parade float.
They came from miles to see me ride,
I was a super big hit when I promoted gay pride."

MC Chex was impressed with the newcomer's vision,
But like a jealous rap surgeon, Chex had to make the first incision.
He told the Booji bout his motto of the thug way:
"Lesson one is RESPECT--for stuff people say.
Lesson two is BALANCE--to keep you standing all day.
The final third lesson is one that needs repeatin':
In the unicycle world, there's no such thing as being beaten.
We all live together in a happy uni commune,
Not sipping cognac in our limos selling red balloons.
The true uni life is when you don't try to impress,
You just hop on up and do your best."

--a fantasy rap by my hip-hop alter ego, MC Nubbins

Yo, big up to MC Frontalot, Futuristic Sex Robotz, Optimus Rhyme, and Dr. Suess. Keep dreaming, bros. Peace.

haha, nice rhymes Unisteve. Would you mind if I posted that on my blog? Giving you all proper credit of course.

Yeah Chex, I'm definitely up for some collaboration. How are you with beats? We should get a basic beat track, and we can send it back and forth adding verses.

In the dream rap world, I have a few other raps in the works that I was hoping to get some guest collaboration beats for if you're interested. I can return the favor on any music stuff you're working on.

Haha that'd be cool.

I don't usually make my own beats, although I certainly could (and probably should). I use garageband loops usually. I play some pretty sick keyboard drums :)

I honestly don't like rap music haha. But I can appreciate good mixing.

What program are you using?

I really wasn't into rap until recently. I guess the Beastie Boys were the gateway group for me. Then I got into a little Outkast and some Jay-Z. Most modern rap is terrible, but I like the rappers or groups that have a smart cleverness about them. When done right, it can be a lot of fun. That's why I stick to a very generic old school sound. It's the most fun to me.

The drums themselves are built in Fruity Loops. You get a lot more control than in Garageband, in my experience. Everything else is 100% MicroKorg synthesizer through the line in jack on my soundcard. Then I use Cool Edit Pro to record and mix the different tracks. Audacity is a pretty good free program for recording. I used to use that.

I finally posted UniSteve's fantasy rap on my blog. See the post here (http://dreamrapper.wordpress.com/2007/09/11/unicycle-rap-inspires-other-one-wheeled-rappers/)

If you haven't heard the original Unicycle Rap, the links are at beginning of this thread.

The Dan has this one written on his website, he's never recorded it though I don't think.

"I origanlly left this is some bikers guestbook, but I decided to use it to fill up space, UNICYLE FREESTYLE:

I say one, two, what you got
you got two? thas what I thought
I got one wheel an you got more,
da hell that second wheel ther for?
if you fall off your bike, you might start cryin
worse then the time you was eated by a lion
fall off the bike wait. . . .
your all muddy
nose all bloody
your bike f45ked up and you feel cruddy
then you starting thinking maybe D-man is right
riding one wheel, thas whats tight
finally started thinking you big numbskull
now go get on your unicycle.
THEDAN.COM IN THE HOUSE, YA HEARD? fo sho fo sho,
peace"

Hey Chex, I finally listened to your Unicycle Boy rap. It was pretty cool. I couldn't hear or understand a lot of the vocals and some of the loops didn't seem to mix well, but overall I thought it was good. Nice hooks and you got a good voice. We should really work on a song together.

Yea, I certainly don't have a good rapping voice haha, it was just for fun. I can sing sorta though. I'd be up for working on something still :)
