Could somebody explain to me the difference between a Smallspin and a Varial?

smallspin is 180 unispin and 180 twist the same direction

and a varial is a 180 of your body and not the uni

assuming i am right on that a varial is usaully SI
but i would not put money on that one

A body varial is a 180 of your body and not the uni. A varial is a 180 unispin with a 180 twist (body varial) in the same direction from SI to SIF and a smallspin is the same but SIF to SIF rather than starting SI.
