I've set up a new account for the Severn Wheelers unicycle hockey team (severn-wheelers), but I'm having trouble getting the webspace to work, presumably because it has to be manually enabled. I've successfully uploaded a test HTML page to the ftp server, but when I try to access the web page it just says "no username" "site not enabled", depending on whether I use the URL I configured on registration (7w.unicyclist.com) or the one based on the username (sever-wheelers.unicyclist.com).
Can you please enable the webspace or tell me what obvious mistake I'm making?
