I'll bet Mark Sands can do this. He can (he told me ages ago) put his hands down
and do a handstand and then bring his legs back down and uni off. It wouldn't be
too much of a jump to get into a more-or-less sideways cartwheel.

(Mark might be in Antartica right now, perhaps doing cartwheels on the frozen
