Does the search index need rebuilding?

I just tried searching the Gallery of funny pictures (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24123) thread for all of my posts and the search returned zero results.

I did and advanced search
Keywords: Gallery of funny
Search titles only
User name: john_childs
find posts by user
Show results as posts

Found zero results

I'm guessing the search indexes are messed up and need rebuilt.

Glad I'm not the only one. Tried to search for some advice about GPS's last night, with these parameters...

Keywords: gps
Search titles only

That has just two hits, yet a thread I started called gkmac's GPS survey was not included in the results. Then I did another search...

Keywords: garmin edge
Search entire posts

...and in that bunch of results, another two threads with "GPS" in the title that didn't appear in the previous search.

Since these threads had "GPS" in the title and yet didn't come up in searching titles for "GPS", I can assume there is a fault.
