Hey some friends and I are getting airsoft guns, and i was wondering if you guys played and what gun(s) you have.

I play, I dont know what guns I use though. They are all my friends.

Sometimes I get some pretty big welts but they usually leave a tiny sting, if that.

A friend shot me pointblank in the neck when I was jsut sitting on the couch. Im gonna get him back. =p

Personally I am very much against airsoft and paintball guns for the simple reason that guns are meant to kill things and airsoft guns are meant to shoot people. This trivializes shooting people and I believe that that is a bad thing.

Im not a big fan of nerf guns either but rubber bands are great fun.

spit balls and V-rockets are real fun too :)

My rifle point blanks at 70 yards and 150 yards with 150 grain bullets.
Point blank means when the trajectory of the bullet intersects the line of the sights NOT really really close. A common misconception.

That's really intersting, I always wondered where the expression meant exactly. Of course it could mean realy really close, but only if the sights were very badly set up.

I think the origin of the "really close" meaning of point blank is that "point blank range" is a range so short that you can point the gun barrel straight at the target without having to take the trajectory into account.

I have like three pistols very fun I recommend them I use plastic bb's!

lol just a couple weeks ago I pulled one out and put my friend in a headlock and shot him of course he got me back great times!:D

ya I play, I have a fully auto tactical rifle style one, and a pistol

I don't have one but they are really fun. A few of my friends have them.

Ive been shot in the neck and in the eye from about 6 feet away.

Tons of people at my school have them and people kept bringing them to school and shooting at kids, so my school made a rule that you would either be expelled or suspended for 10 days if you were caught with one.
