Instructables.com has tons of rubber band weapons you can learn how to make. It'd save you some money and you'd get to bolster your creativity a bit. They've also got instructions on marshmallow guns, which is an interesting concept I just learned about today.

It's sooo fun to use. My friend put the noise-maker in his back pocket, and I had the remote. We went to blockbuster and he'd bend over in front of somebody then all of the sudden "Rippp" It makes a realistic fart noise. I watch from a distance and try not to laugh myself to death. Its really fun, I tell ya!
