Just wanted to publicly acknowledge the generous donation from my buddy Dave from half way around the world. I have International support for my Tour de Cure ride this Sunday. How cool is that!

Anyone else that is impacted or interested in finding a cure for diabetes you can show your support at the links below. Team unicycle.com is making a significant impact this year with only 5 riders. If you are in the local area we would love for you to join the team as well. I know it is short notice, but I also know what kind of people unicyclists are. You are an amazing and generous group of people that have a huge heart for others.

Imagine what the world would be like if no child was ever impacted by the effects of Diabetes. My commitment is to ride in this ride every year that I am able until that happens. Please join me in that effort. Thanks

Perhaps I can join you next year, it is a bit early as I'm still in school, is it always this soon, or is it ever later, like in June?

Borges

What can I say but Thank You. I now have donations spanning 3 continents. Unicyclists are one of the greatest groups of people I have the pleasure of associating with. Borges I really appreciate your generous dontaion. Hopefully with all the genetic research that is happening in the field of diabetes they will soon find a cure. I am really honored that you felt compelled to support me and team unicycle.com Chad

That is a good question. I know that the Tour de Cure is held in Cities all over the country, and would think having a National Team is very doable. I know that there are other unicyclists participating in the TDC in other states currently. Pretty sure we have a few members in TX and Washington State.

If you go to this link http://tour.diabetes.org/site/PageServer?pagename=TC_signup

You may be able to find a ride near you. You would have to set up the team for your area, but it isn't hard. Let me know if you need help.
