I never knew it was outside of the Christian/Buddhist (note how I group them together as if they were similar...:o) dogma to be angry. There is a difference between being angry and holding a grudge. I think holding a grudge is unChristian/Buddhist, but being angry is human. The Christian God was very angry throughout the Bible.
