Here's footage of the BUC14 street competition (http://www.unicyclist.com/index.php?page=gallery&g2_itemId=318388).

Each video is about 5Mb and two minutes long. They're XviD encoded; Windows Media Player users can grab Koepi's XviD codec (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Koepi_XviD.htm), or alternatively the excellent VideoLAN client (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/) where you'll never worry about codecs again.

Each competitor had two attempts, and I've selected (in my opinion) the best one. The footage is simply the file as recorded by the camera; no editing, no captions, just what you see is what you got.

Awesome stuff, Thank you very much for putting the work to get those up for those of us unable to participate. I was kind of wondering why certain riders did better than others but I guess some of them might have had their other run be really poor.

Thanks again for the work.

I would love to see them on unicycle.tv. I also think there is also a separate channel possible for it. And you can see how the community rates them - hehe.

I've uploaded the other attempts so now you can see it all, including Jason's first run that spearheaded this request.

For some reason this gallery page has loads of "Invalid cross-device links" stuffing the top, you'll need to scroll down a bit before you see the icons. Also, the gallery seems relunctant to generate thumbnails on these clips.

Wish I had remembered how bad my first run was before I asked for it to be posted for everyone to see. Now I know why I came so far behind, I think all the good work I did in my second run was completely ruined by my first, anyway, thanks for taking the time to post them.

Here's download links. Right-click, select "Save As..." and then choose a filename ending with "avi". Thanks for uploading them GK. Btw, Joe did compete, and he placed 5th.Did he? He definitely only did one run. Now I'm confused...

And I seem to have spelt Delacroix wrong as well.

Itried it, but it didn't work:mad:Are you having problems viewing them in the gallery? One other person can't view them online, but when they used the download links I posted today, they could play their downloaded copy fine.

EDIT: Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude earlier. It's just that almost all BitTorrent stuff is XviD encoded as well.

i dont get anythingNot even if you download the files and then use VideoLAN client (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/)? If even that doesn't work then I'm really puzzled.

Looks like I'll need to ask my technical buddies about what format they use. I can't encode anything as wmv, MPEG is too poor for it's size and not everyone likes Quicktime (though I don't blame them).

It wolked:) I must have downloaded the wrong parts before:( (plus now I'm on a different computer)

Everyone did better on their second run, except Adrian's IMO, I like his two runs the best:cool: .
