Just keep on practicing. It took me a while to learn this. I would ride around
the block and do a few "jugs" then regain control and throw a few more jugs. Try
to increase the number of throws. By the end of a month or two I could uni and
juggle a mile or more. This was (is) easier then juggling and idling (as
suggested by Julian Edwards) in my opinion as idling is a "higher" level than
just riding forward.
