Not as hard as I thought... but then I have got quite boney elbows (that's why I always ride with elbow pads!). If I did it with a naked elbow (I'm wearing a fleece - it's cold in the office) I'd probably avoid those couple of double-presses.

I typed this in Dvorak layout rather than QWERTY, which may be impressive to those who have heard of it ;-)

I went through a phase of trying to type with my feet, but that was too inefficient and frustrating. I did mouse with my right foot for around a year though; this really confused the ergonomics people at work who had a checklist including "Uses left/write hand:". I could click both buttons and use the scrollwheel with my toes.
