Who swims a 500?
I can do a 200 IM in 2:33, but that's 200 metres, not yards.

i used to swim..
my PB's that i can remmember are:
50 free: 25.something.. seconds
50 breast: 28.something.. seconds.
Can't remmember my IM pb, but i had 100 free to mid 50 seconds, around 56 or somthing.
i won the 1500 once at a national swim meet, but cannot remmember my time :(
swimming is one of the best sports in the world. Unfourtunately i can no longer get to a pool to train and work commitments prevent me anyways :(
i was one of the best in the club, the guys i used to train with are now pulling commenwealth quilifying times.
this is one sport i really wish that i had kept up :(
