I see the point. Having two pedals is a huge advantage, even if they're mounted at an odd angle.

The way I interpret it, they are taking a shot at unicyclists saying we arn't very smart.
I wonder how they will interpret this:

I saw that in the paper but I quickly forgot about it.
At least he drew the cranks on the bike to look stupid aswell.

There is a temptation to do other alternate voice balloons, such as:
"That looks complicated"
"How does he fit that thing in his car?"
"Showoff."
"Hey, is that hard to ride?"
