Gallery overloaded all the time

Most of the time when I try to go to the gallery it is down. It always tells me the server load is too high.
Is it fixable or will it just keep getting worse as more people use it?

To my knowledge there is a computer power/ space problem. But I think it can be fixed with a bit of cash lol
