Yay for new job! I tried looking for job through different contacts, but none of it worked out, so now I just go around places asking for one. This one place at the beach the guy said he'd call me back and I feel he will, also I talked to other workers there. And I'll try construction sites when they reopen in September.

I'm also trying to make some fliers for advertising guitar lessons. Blue is helping me with that.

Yay for getting fit again. For me unicycling is my main fitness machine, although yoga helps a lot too. I want to see both vids: the uni and the stand-up. Are you still thinking of calling me out?

Expenses, expenses... I'm gonna have to start looking for a car soon as well. Damn. Bollocks about the tyres and cable things.

i find unicycling doesn't keep me fit. it just gives me an example of how unfit i actually am. ones the pools opens up i am getting back into swimming. i miss just doin' laps.

I'm online so much... There's very little else to do.

The job was working at the beach, collecting money from people that want to use the sunbeds and umbrellas. Pretty lazy, spend the whole day by the sea(no swimming, though): Suits my current lazy mood. It's 12 hours a day, though, but oh well. I'll try other jobs when I go around putting up the posters. And I've never heard of vegemite in Cyprus. I'll ask the Australians, actually. I want to try it.

Swimming is great. If they have a pool at the college I go to, I'll definitely take it up. I used to be quite good when I was a kid, but stopped, because it was so demanding, I just couldn't cope with it.

On money: whatever you buy, make sure you've got enough left to go on a trip around Europe with me.

I'll give The Herd a listen. I've got Sennheiser 280 pro headphones now, with a Total BitHead amp. It's a rocking set-up!

Only two hours left till the sun starts going down and I can go outside to uni... I can't wait!

Yay! I got a beach job! At a different place, but that's a better beach, even! That's where all the girls go, as opposed to old Cypriot ladies... I work from 7 to 11, then from 3 to 7 and 7 to 7 on weekends. 7 days a week. The sallary isn't the greatest, but it's a start. And I'm allowed to go in the water.

On Sunday I'm going to learn the stuff and I'm starting on Monday. Sweet! The guy who runs the place was pretty cool, too. He's all about doing things properly, keeping the beach clean and giving good service to the customers. As long as you do that, you're all good.

The trip to Europe is getting closer!

Work is great! Beach, sun, girls. Got sunglasses today, because my eyes hurt. They're really sweet!

10 hours a day is a lot. I also work every day of the week from 7 till 6, with a 4 hour break in the middle. But I work from 7 till 7 on Saturdays and Sundays. Haven't got any money from it yet.

Next January... Do you mean the January 2008 or 2009? If it's 2008, then I'm not sure if I'll have enough money by then. I'm supposed to buy a car(don't really want to, but I sorta need one(but we'll see about that)). Anyway, we'll see. Are you gonna have any holidays during the spring when we could go travelling?

Damn, this is a difficult decision, isn't it? I've actually no idea when I'll be ready... I'm pretty sure I could save up enough money by spring(I think that'd be better than winter). Problem is, I've no idea where I'm gonna be next month. I want to go to Edinburgh and I might, but I might also have to stay in Cyprus. If I go to Edinburgh, then I have no idea when or even if I will be able to go. If I stay in Cyprus then I think spring would be quite reasonable. When do you have to make the decision if you defer or not?

Sick with an illness or just hung over? Beach work isn't just watching umbrellas. I have to set them up in the morning(takes time and effort), then a bit of break, then greet new customers, then go home, come back to find the beach packed, when people leave I clean the beds to get them ready, handle new-comers, etc... Then pack it all back up at the end of the day. It's quite a lot of running actually.

There was this one Italian girl, it was quite weird with her. I liked her and I'm pretty sure she liked me too, we kept smiling at each other all the time, etc. Then I talked to her and she turned out to be 27. I knew she was older than me, but 27... I'm not sure what to do. And I was supposed to go to this club tonight, but I'm too tired and not in the mood. Maybe some other time.

It's funny how things are changing. It seems like all is the same and all is different and you don't know what's happening... Whaaa!

I just had this really weird dream. I went to Edinburgh with my gramma for one day, we went to some church place and somewhere else. The church was on top of a hill, next to the Edinburgh castle(which I didn't know was that). Then, we were about to go home and I still hadn't seen the Edinburgh castle, so I asked where it was. They told me. We were on the train already and it was about to leave, but I ran out to have a last look, it turned out to be that small building next to the church. I thought "bugger".

Then we went to Amsterdam, because of our tickets. We stayed in some really expensive hotel with shiny floors and shit. I was looking for a toilet and there wasn't one anywhere. All they had is shops, shops, shops. And I was getting so frustrated, because we went to Europe for two days, spent lots of money on air-fare and all I was seeing is shops in some expensive hotel and not even a toilet. Finally, I pissed somewhere inapropriate and then woke up.

Hmm, that last bit doesn't sound quite right, does it? Somewhere inapropriate in the hotel, I didn't wet my bed. Now it's half five in the morning and I'm on the computer, because I can't sleep. My body is all sore, but I'm okay, folks. I just don't know when is the next time I'll unicycle or go out.

yeah i wore a support on quite a few days at fluck but after that its worsened. will probs post a thread later if u think people wont bite me for it. surgery is free - thankyou NHS :D haha recovery.. 2 weeks til stitches are removed then i have physio. 3 to 4 weeks then i can begin to jog. he says 6 weeks until i should start doing what i used to do.

6 weeks is ok. but i cant ride atm, and my MRI scan has to come first which i should get the letter for sometime in the next 6 weeks. so if i get that in 6 weeks then have surgery 2 weeks later thats a total of 14 weeks not riding.

And 14 weeks does sound a bit harsh. That's about three months! Can you walk properly? Start painting or learning music. Do you have any hobbies besides unicycling? I think you'd do good as a watercolours painter or a classical guitarist. You've got the right hair.

Yeah, I had a head concussion when I was a kid - don't try to kick someone with both feet at once - they might catch you by the legs and you will go oopsy-daisy on your head. Then I cracked my foot jumping off my little home sports centre as a kid again.

Two recent ones - cracked toe from stuffing up a unispin off a kerb. Didn't hurt too bad, just stopped me from doing some yoga shit and unicycling too hard, it's practically healed now. And a RSI in my right wrist. I think that's from my laptop's touchpad and unicycling. That's getting better too, after I've started doing stretches.

I play guitar too, I might start giving lessons soon. You should try it again, maybe. Music is great... Can you sing?

Oil cap came off and oil went all over the engine, shorting out the whole car. whether due to that or me just being unlucky. The radiator has a huge leak and doesnt hold coolant, which i need for cooling.

I feel a bit backwards with unicycling myself. Not so much skill, but what I dare to do. Like, I tried to jump a 5-set last week, but just couldn't do it properly. And I couldn't jump unto the back of a bench. Doesn't matter. In two days I'll be riding like never before. Two days...

Trampoline is great, except my whole body is sore from it. I haven't looked for bar jobs yet, I want to take a bit of a break first.

Been busy with social life. Last weekend was friends house friday night, work saturday, carnival saturday night, out with friends sunday. this weekend (few days ago) was party friday night, work saturday, friends over saturday night, uni ride sunday. this weekend coming is party friday, work saturday, party saturday night. weekend after that is fashion show friday night, work saturday, MRI scan, baby sit saturday night.

Ankle was ok for most of ride on sunday. i have my MRI scan in 11 days then afaik the operation is already booked so will be soon after. Surgeon wont tell my mum the date though (they are friends).

My SIF hop used to be about 60cm. Now I can't even manage, 54cm, I stopped practicing it. I'm on to rolling hop instead. It's a bit more scary with higher saddle, but I'll get used to it. A barmaid saved my life a few weeks ago. She wouldn't serve me a tequilla shot. If she did, I probably would've exploded with alcohol. I should go back and thank her someday.

Unispins are cool. And really easy on trials. I learnt them on 24". That was a bit scary. Good luck with them, although by the time you read this you'll probably be busting out 360 unispins.

I got all the stuff except for the frame yesterday. It's wicked cool! I put the wheelset on my old 24" frame and ride it around like that now. It looks stupid, but rides great! And it's so light, I can't wait to see what's it gonna be like with the Triton frame. Trials uni seem to require much less energy for doing things on it, compared with a 24". I love it!

Broke up with my girlfriend. Shame. But oh well... I guess now I'm free again, so I can flirt all I want, with who I want and when I want! Excellent!

Damn i am going to have to postpone my video :( i started working last week and have yet to have a day off. i have to get up at 3.30 every morning and dont get home till 7.00 at night, all my spare time is spent sleeping. But the pay is insane, i recieved just over $1000 for two days work, 12 hours a day. Save save save and i will be back on my way around Aus, starting a curcumnavigation in march!!! it will be most fun.

And $1000 in two days is flipping crazy... I still haven't got a job. Looking for one. I was offered one yesterday, but couldn't accept it because of document problems. That's the biggest bummer ever.

And just keep going at those backflips, I was also having trouble landing them but they get easier and easier all the time. It's all about commitment.
