Wake up,
It certainly has been quiet the last two weeks!
Does anyone have some good tips for learning to Walk the Wheel,i.e. feet
directly on the tire?
I haven't spent much time with this trick, but thought I would seek some
net advice.

I don't know how good a tip this is, since I haven't managed to go more
than 10 feet or so, but I've been learning with support from the
parallel metal bars of the cafeteria entrance maze at a local junior
high, on weekends, of course. Just moving back and forth in the maze
didn't help much; "launching" myself from the end, after a buildup, gave
a noticeable improvement.

I haven't learnt this trick myself, but I've seen people using a walking stick
to balance themselves. This is probably not as good as parallel bars, but is
slightly more portable. I plan to use this method when I do learn the trick,
when I get bored one afternoon (I wish).
