How do you convert .flv or .gvp files to .mpg?

How do you convert .flv or .gvp files to .mpg?
I want to get google and u2b vids on my palm pilot. The thing is, I need to convert the flash vid files to .mpg so I can view it in Kinoma player. Does anyone know of some free software that does this?

I know of a software that I use that has like 1000 different files forms you can change one to. Ill post it once I find it.

Heres what I use but the thing is if the video is longer that 5 minutes it cuts it. So if its 10 minutes long it will show the first five. Also use the wizard mode one if you download it.http://www.xilisoft.com/video-converter.html

If you want it from youtube, this is a REALLY GOOD one...you just enter the youtube URL and click convert and it'll save it as a .AVI to your desktop or like wherever.
