I had a lower back injury a while back so after LOTS of chiropractic adjustments $$$$ ("It feels a little better!") the doc recommended hot baths with epsom salts a couple times per week. I used to be just a shower kind of guy but I must confess I'm HOOKED on hot relaxing baths, and it really helps with back pain! Especially lately since it's been so dang COLD! Where's that damn "global warming" when you need it! ;)

and you have to wait for it to fill up
then you get it
you get bored
you cant find the soap cause its floating around somewhere in the bath
you get bored
you get out
you drain all the water out
its really hard to dry off for some reason
it takes ages.

I always have my radio on either my fav music station or some talk show that's interesting. When the water starts to get cold I add more hot. i'm ususally in for maybe 20 minutes so I get a good soak!:)

I'm a bath person.
There is no better feeling in the world than drying yourself off and putting on warm socks that have been on the radiator.

I don't have a shower?
I only take baths... unless I'm at a friends house for like two days.

My new place has a giant soaking tub. It's awesome for baths, especially after a cold ride.

I'm a bath person myself. Don't have a shower in my current residence, but after I move I will have.
Yes showers are quick and are more energy efficient, but if you've done a very hard and exhausting muni ride and want to relax and get clean? The shower will only help with one of those.
Irrelevant thought: you bathe or shower to get clean and afterwards you dry yourself by sliding your towel against your clean body. So why does the towel get dirty?

I loove baths, but I never take them, cause my family is one of those where everyone's always in line to use the bathroom, so I'm forced to showers. I do enjoy hot-water showers, though, and sometimes I sneak in a nice bath-soak when noone's looking.

I'd imagine it's because when the towel is sitting out between showers, it gathers dust...ever so slightly. There's also the possibility that every shower there's maybe one place you missed...Other than that, mine doesn't usually get dirty.

One could say I live for getting dirty. I hate baths; they're a predictive indicator of my imminent demise.

Dead skin cells and hair. And some other stuff I can't think of off the top of my head.
I love hot baths! But I only have them once every few months. I think it's about time I had one. I'll probably try to have one tomorrow. Hot baths rule!
Edit: 4444 posts! Woot! Confetti! Thank you, thank you! I wouldn't be here without you! /*blows kisses*/

You probably smell my unicycling gloves. Those are real knocker-outs!
As for me, I have a shower every day and I shave my arm-pits! Arm-pit shaving rocks!

I dont like baths because my tub is so small I cant even fit in it. And i get bored thinking about all the things i'd rather be doing, so I get out and then it takes forever to dry off and drain the tub

I despise baths.
Well, sort of. The actual bathing process itself is good, especially if there are bubbles and stuff but the bit I have issues with is the getting out. Its not because I'm enjoying the bath so much that I dont want to get out, by that time I'm bored with it anyway, its because it makes me feel ill. I always end up feeling sick and dizzy after getting out a hot bath and I have to have a bit of a sit down before I can start drying myself properly. I've tried everything from getting out slowly to showering myself in cold water first. Nothing helps. I think I'm just allergic to water.

The trouble with baths is I can never get all the soap rinsed off, and if I go out in the rain after, I start to lather.
