Ok i am beginning to loathe cars, we had another three deaths today about three o-clock being the road toll to about 68, about 20 odd for our local town of just under 2000 people. fortunately i didn't know one of them and i have not yet learnt the identity of the other two.

everyone please be carefull on the roads this christmas

I'm sorry to hear about it. Do you have a lot of reckless drivers in Tasmania? The road toll seems very high to me for such a small town.

There was a taxi and a motorbike that colided the other day just near my house. On a road that I drive on a few times every day. The guy riding the motorbike was killed, he was 20, I'm not sure what his name was.

that's why instead of driving this winter, hop off your lazy ass and go unicycling, how can you die on that?

Being hit by a car.

People *should* pay lots of attention to car accidents. The more you know about the type, and amount of accidents in your area, the more you'll respect the odds of being in one, and drive accordingly. There will always be plenty of awful drivers out there, so the best you can do is always be on the lookout for them.

...And try not to be one of them!
