A simple(ish) riddle

Ok I have a riddle too. It's pretty obvious, but most people don't get it right away....

Here goes:

-A man leaves home and starts out jogging. He jogs for awhile and turns left. He jogs for a little while longer and turns left again, jogs awhile then turns left again and jogs home. When he gets home there are two masked men waiting for him.

Who are those two masked men?-

Andy, you're assuming he turns 90 degreees each time when you say he had to turn left again. Actually I guess most American towns are built on the block system so he would.
