I don't get how to do it I think I have rode about 5 feet no footed but thats it do any of you have some techniques that will help me because I can wheel walk just fine and ride one footed but I can't seem to get no footed,

Note:I have been practicing it for about a month now haha

By no footed are you talking about coasting or gliding?

Start 1 foot wheel walking, then, lean forward, kick the wheel and don't kick it again. You can start doing this down hills and then braking with your foot as needed to balance. good luck.

Yes, there is a big difference.

Gliding, one foot is on the frame, and the other foot is on the tire as a way to control your speed or to push the tire to get going, or to not fall.

Coasting, both feet are on the frame, nothing is touching the tire to control your speed or to push with, its just you, sitting on the uni, both feet on the frame, and your just rolling along.

hahaha I think I will try gliding first, so can you tell me some techniques PLEASE!
