Those two have always been here way longer than I have. =p

Anyways, thanks for this thread, it made me smile. :D

Don't make this seem like I am better or smarter than anyone here though, cause there are tons of riders with a lot of experience and are just as helpful, if not more, as I am.

I think Klaas is his first name. John Childs is also very helpful.

I was not intending to raise a debate, it was just me showing appreciation for the help that someone had given me.
More of a thankyou card than anything. how would you feel if you recieved a thankyou card then someone came along and wrote: well this other person is better at it anyway.

Thankyou Jerrick for your help.

Jerrick is a cool and helpful guy and his avatar is among the most appealing. As for continuous, accurate, technical and repair information over many years, no one even comes close to John Childs. JC is THE main man. There can be no other.

True, and he quotes repair jobs in beer instead of cash. Works out well for me since I know how to home brew but have never figured out how to home counterfeit.

You know what they say, beer is money. Time doesn't enter in to the equation. <I need a beer drinking smiley here>

True, there can be no other. But I'm quite happy to let Jerrick handle the turbo advice posting. Saves wear on my keyboard and spreads the knowledge around just in case I get run over by a bus or decide to live out the rest of my years drinking beer.

You're wrong there. Beer can be it's own currency in a barter system. No need for actual money to get involved, especially with home brew.

But when money is spent on beer, it is worth it.

I sometimes wish we had a barter system back. Be cool to send a keg to UDC for a new Uni. =p
