take the pictures from the email and save them to your computer, then upload them to your gallery, then click on them and once you have a close up of the picture copy the ulr, then when you make a post/thread you click the insert image button (mountains with sun) then a window will apear, post the ulr into the window and hit "ok". after that I click preview post to make sure it went smoothly. hope that helps

you could also save them to your computer, and then attach them to your post if you dont want to put them in the gallery. Just go make a post, and before sumbitting it, scroll down to " Additional options on the left sidish. Then under that there is manage attachments. You can browse and find it on your computer there, then hit upload. Sometimes it comes up sayingt that the file's too large, in which case, I usually open the pic on my computer in paint, then go to "image" then "strech skew" and resize it. keeping the proportions equal. Then resave it, and try to post it again. Once its been uploaded, you can just exit the popup window thats been opened to upload it, and sumbit your message. Of you could use the gallery. Which I cant help you with. Good luck

go to the gallery, then click in the right top courner where it says "your gallery" when you are there click on "add items" then you get a bunch of places to put your pics. click the "browse" button and go to where ever your picture is clik on it then hit "open" it will then go back to your gallery where you can put in a caption, load another picture or just hit "load items" botten (or somthing similar to that) at the bottom right then a screen will come up saying "you have succsefully loaded bla bla items." then the picture(s) will be in your gallery where you can put them into a post

To post an image in a post normally, you have to "Go Advaced" then "manage attatchements" down below. It's not as complicated as it sounds.

ok, its easier than that, go to the email and right click on it, it will say copy imgage location, do that, then when you get to your reply there is a picture icon on top (5th from the right just above the typing area) click that, and delete all the text thats already there, then press ctrl + V or right click and go down to paste :)
