hopping

Did anyone have tips on high hopping? I only get about 30 cm high...:mad:

I have written out some guides to othwer people who ahve asked this before, so search for those and youll find them

Also, Ryan Atkins has made a video a while back called something like how to jump high, try to find that and watch it.
