It's a sad day in the Edwards' household. Clyde is leaving tomorrow for his new home in North Carolina. The new adoptive parents have promised to give him a good home and even send us photos of him performing in upcoming parades. Watch for him in the July 4th parade in Speculator, NY next month.

Good-bye Clyde. May you live forever, if not on this earth, than in the hearts of children of all ages across many a parade route.

Love,
Dad

I hope the new owners feed him well. I recall Clyde looked a little thin.

And remind them to be careful with those right turns. Clyde can be a little over-eager on the hand signals.

Sniff.

He'll to well; he's a Yooper at heart.

Got an email and photo from Clyde's new owner in North Carolina today. Looks like Clyde is quite happy especially after getting kisses from the girls. We miss him terribly but are very glad he's back performing again.

From Clyde's new owner:

Michael:

Thank you for the photograph of Tiffany, Clyde and me. It will go in my scrapbook right away.

This was Clyde's first trip to Camp of the Woods and it was great fun. I just bought Clyde off of eBay and was excited to use him in the Speculator July 4th parade and at Camp of the Woods. l plan to be back with Clyde in early August. I am glad we brought some joy to the kids at camp.

Maybe we will see you next time.

Thanks again!

Amazing, Bruce. Why is the bid so high right now? Oh, there are no bids. That makes more sense.

It's when I read threads like this that the phrase 'dude be wack' make perfect sense to me.

I love this place.

Well...I had to make that bid myself. But that doesn't mean I'm not loved.
