Its just dawned on me that I will be a non rider at BUC for the first time. The shame, the agony, the frustration I expect, driving some 300 miles each way for a weekend of unicycling and not be able to ride. However it will save me a few quid... so there is a silver lining if I look hard enough.
Its V frustrating as I feel pretty able, untill I do a bit too much or sneeze and then all the nerves round my scar flare up and remind me I had major surgury 3 weeks ago.All the twisting and abs work in unicycling ( esp Hockey) mean that its not a good idea for me to get back on the uni to early if i want to be fit to ride in July .
Physio said June for starting cycling.... I hada very clued up physio, when I asked about when I could start cycling again she asked what kind of cycling I meant, pottleing or MTB? I admited to it being more on the MTB end of things.
See you at BUC.
