Well, yea, this isn't my 2000th post (that was a few posts ago), but I would like to just say I'm going to take a little 2K party and maybe not post as much. I might start up doing more posting later, but just so you aren't worried if I'm not posting as much. I'm still going to be unicycling like always, so SARS, I'm still totally open for rides. This definitely isn't a goodbye (I never said it was that good of news...;)), but just a little break to do Thanksgiving/X-mas/New Years stuff with family more.

Tyler,
Have a great holiday season and especially with your family. This "family" will be here when you get back. If I don't communicate with you until after the holidays, let me be the first to wish you a Merry CHRISTmas.

Geez, give the kid some good rep points and his head gets so big he can't fit in his helmet anymore... :rolleyes:
only on more important threads
Gilby, could you flag these "more important threads" so us less-savvy forum users know what to read?

If you code it, I'll probably implement it. :)

Well, this is just off-the-cuff, but after a few review / revision cycles it should be ready to go:
if( thread_starter.rep < GILD.rep )
importance = 1;
else
importance = 100;
if( thread.contains( john_childs.post ) )
importance += 1000;
else if( thread.contains( harper.post ) )
importance -= 1000;
else if( thread.contains( maxisback.post ) )
thread.trash();

No, not goodbye! It's not a going away party, it's a "not posting quite as much party."

Good thing they do not let the transaction go below zero, but the 5 cents will go towards pypal only and I'll get none. Don't waste your 5 cents. Instead, add "just my 2 cents" to the end of 2.5 posts of yours.
Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christ Christmas.
Now go write that on the chalk board.

Oh, sorry for being a little sarcastic, or maybe trying to be funny. BOOOOO, your life is terrible.
Jesus wasn't born at Christmas time, he was actually born closer to spring or, no later than October. Sheperds would not be watching their flocks by night in open fields in December in Judea. Read your Bible. The Pagans had a holiday around the time of Christmas (winter solstice) and the Christians wanted to steal it. Happy Xmas. This abbreviation orginated with the greeks. In Greek, the first letter for christ is X (Xristos). Pretty neat huh?
Now, let's not be so rude.

Sudden Arrested Respiratory Syndrome
That's what came to mind when I read it (I didn't know what it stood for but I knew it was some kind of serious illness), but that made no sense with the rest of what he was saying, hence the confusion.
Confusing acronyms rule!

P.S Cheers UniBrier ! And cheers Harper for expanding my mind (the clean way) once more!

I just had a really great experience! I just talked with my cousin online with my webcam for 4 hours straight while he was at dialysis for kidney failure. :( It was great fun, he said it totally made his day because he usually has nobody to talk to. He's 24, too, and he has to live at home and everything, but at least he has a job so he can buy stuff to do like he bought the laptop and a WiFi card so he could hook up to WiFi at dialysis. I love talking to him; he's the nicest guy I know. We had so much fun like we played two player MSN games and just talked for most of the time. It seemed like 5 minutes more than 4 hours we had so much fun! :D

Now, let's not be so rude.Hahah. They have more then one solstice but could be. I guess everyone trys to change the meaning of holidays. Though no one is putting a fat red guy in a solstice.
I know he wasnt born on or around december 25th. That's just common knowledge. New years is only a week after and we date time after Jesus' birth. AD isn't after death its "anno domini" in the so it should be the date Jesus was born but its not.
My life is great actually. Merry Xristmas to you greeks. Merry Christmas to the rest of you.
Glad you had a good time Tyler.
