well i breakdance but im jsut curious to see if anyone else on here dances at all. a few months ago i pulled my first (off trampoline) frontflip on the ground it was dope.

Running around like an idiot and push pitting does not count for anything. it does account for pissing me off at ska and punk shows.

speaking of, dancing at ska and punk shows counts for sure. people that can skank well are top notch in my book. I love skanking. it's hard to screw up (but a surprising number of people do (at least they're trying)).

as for "mosh pitting" moshing (hardcore dancing) thats cool too, if you're at a hardcore show. if you dance like an asshole, well, then I think you're an asshole.

I like pitted moshes in brine, but I prefer them stuffed with jalapeno peppers.

Moshes "stone in" often seem like better value, but they're such a bother to eat, and you may break a tooth.

Yes id do hate it the way people will mosh to anything these days, it's only appropriate for certian bands, they'l be doing it at the proms next. Incidentally if you don't understand why people mosh, don't ask, I don't think there's anything anyone could every say that would make it make sense to you, if it didn't make sense the first time you heard of it.

Brave Sir Stuipid counts Terpsichory as his muse, and has spent thousands of hours in the temples of disco and 80's dance. He has his own 4.5" patent leather platform shoes (very well worn) and is building his own home dance floor replete with DMX controlled lighting (eventually) and glitter ball.

Brave Sir Stupid actually has the album *and* the VHS of Thank God It's Friday. among others.

But Brave Sir Stupid knows he could not hold a candle to Catboy.

I thought of Catboy as soon as I saw the title of this page, too. No, I do not dance. I do not like to dance, and I am not good at it. I will slow dance (i.e. at prom), but other than that, only some music (the Doobie Brothers, in particular) has the power to make me dance (if you can call it dancing :p..)

I sing to everything though. I don't have the best voice, and I'm not very good at it either, but I don't care. I have fun.

I don't breakdance but I did do one of thosethings when you stick your arms between your legs and someone pulls and you jump and do a flip... that was awesome I am afraid to do it after I landed on my head and broke my neck, I did it when I was 10 I was crazy back then

that sounds scary. if u wanna learn flips on the ground (assuming you have done them at least on a trampoline ro something) stick your arms out and run in between two people, then while your running, they grab like your hand/wrists, and you flip backward or forward. actually not sure if this would help with forwards, but i have done this to the younger kids that wanna do what i do.

Yeh i also am a top prof of Skanking, I suppose i do break dancing then if u count alot of acro moves to be dancing. Ive done a bit of Ballet, Swing, Rock and Roll etc...

I've done ballet, modern and street dancing. Would love to learn some breakdancing, a couple of decent German breakdancers have moved to my town recently and have agreed to teach me a bit.

I took breakdancing lessons for a few months but had to quit 'cause it really killed my wrists... it did teach me how to walk on my hands, tho. I'd try it again in a heartbeat.

My g/f and I have learned the waltz, polka, schottish and mazurka, and attend costume balls once every few months. They're a blast! We're also learning how to salsa... muy fun!

that was dope mercy. no at least i cant dance that good. that video had good footwork and especially good power moves. power moves are a must to me or else you cant say your a bboy. i almsot thougth they werent gonna show any hollow backs until the last second where the guy in the blue shirt or what ever did one.
