For me, clicking on a link is an extra step I rarely take. However, when I have actually taken the effort to click and read, I have often found it worthwhile.
Recently I clicked on a link that gave me a huge amount of labor stats, and selected a interesting piece to cite.
It's usually interesting, but still, I confess, I rarely do it.
How often do you click on a link?

I click on links less frequently than "often" but more often than "seldom". I would, if it were an option, vote "sometimes".
I never click on a link that a teenager has described as "BWAHAHA!"
I never click on a link that provides the chemical composition of loctite as it will be meaningless to me.
I occasionally click on a link that promises something amusing and hasn't been posted by a teenager who describes it as "BWAHAHA".
I often click on links that I suspect will confirm my biases.
I often click on links that I suspect contradict my biases but I also believe will be so poorly written and argued that I'll be able to safely dismiss them.
I sometimes click on links that I believe will contradict my biases but also require that I give them serious thought.
I never admit to clicking on links that lead to pornographic material.

I learned from the forums at totse.com (http://www.totse.com) to never click on a link without checking the actual url down in the bottom left corner of firefox...some people are just Baz Tards
I've been a member of totse since 2002 (maybe it was 2003), and since then it's 'gone down the shitter'. It used to be a knowledgable community of open-minded individuals who would post worthwhile, and sometimes not-so-worthwhile information regarding anything from chemical substances and composition to current political decisions...but now, as I said before, it's pretty much gone down the shitter..

Rafael, That's the same "Goldilocks" reason you gave for not voting in the last presidential election, and see what a mess you got us into. :D
Nevbertheless, you're comments are valuable.

As I recall I voted for the Natural Law candidate, but wouldn't you know it, the Unnaturally Imbecilic one won.

I voted seldom, but would also have voted "sometimes" if available. I think my decision to click on links is mostly related to time. I'm already squandering time by reading this site, and clicking a link adds another site to that. I click on links that are supposed to be pictures the most, followed by articles, followed by other threads from this newsgroup. Videos are last, because they take up the most time and sometimes don't even work after downloading...

I can't vote twice because I really don't understand the question.
So, I'll answer the only way I know how (which reminds me of one of my favorite comments on these forums)...
It varies from link to link (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=245125).
