Garage Band for Windows?

Im looking for a program like Garage Band only for Windows. A program where you can create music from millions of loops or record your own. Any suggestions?

Im getting techno crazy and need to make my own.

yes thats it i was wondering what ceral it was that had it, i saw it on the back of one of the box's then i forgot only 5 minutes after seeing it, thank you mercyme, also i would agree there was a huge screenshot on the back of the box and it look quite good, although garage band is on a mac and nothing beats macs!

Try Dance Ejay (For Dance, Trance, House & that stuff) I dunno about for rock or other genres, garageband deals with that stuff better than anything else I've seen.
