Nice to see another person using linux, habbywall. What distro do you run? I use Slackware 10 now, but I used to run Gentoo and Slackware 8.0-9.1

habbywall is running ipodlinux (http://www.ipodlinux.org/).

And OS-X, which is a unix based OS as well.
If you run OS-X, AND have a Gmail account, then you don't need to sign up, or need to install anything: you can configure iChat to use Google talk (http://www.google.com/support/talk/bin/answer.py?answer=24076). And I doubt... if iChat-to-iChat clients really can't do audio.

not true, i audio chat every once in a while with my aunt but i video chat with my sister in florida all the time and there is no lag at all!

But I ment:
I doubt if iChat-to-iChat clients really can't do audio over talk.google.com as iChat has audio capabilties of itsself.

I just tried it with a window Google client by Google connecting to an iChat client. But then on the windows client the call button disappears...
So I asume there is a limitation is on Google's behalf.
