WANTED splined 19'' or 20 wheel setup

I need a 19'' or 20'' wheel setupd for my freind so thas : The tire,rim,hub,cranks tell me a price and we will see HAS TO BE SPLINED (2.5'' tire plz aybe I can go down to 2.15...)
