After leaving my house at silly'o'clock last night following a beer filled evening Metro_Tramp decided to do some forward rolls down a grassy slope to make his walk home more interesting. In the process he broke his collar bone.

Macclesfield's unicyclists seem cursed at the moment. Pete (Petit_Pierre) was admitted to hospital on Monday with kidney trouble. And then there's my run in with a car a week and a half ago.

Macclesfield's a dangerous place to be...

Doctors recommend the RICE system, but as your nurse, I have to endorse the PRICE system.

Percoset, Remote, Ice, Couch, EndlessTelevision

Funny funny. Melikes

Not half as bad as being a roly-polyist in Macclesfield though...

Thankyou for the advice. you're a good nurse. alas, we dont get the lovely painkillers you guys have in the US, so i'm gonna have to settle for co-codemol. oh well..

yeah. i'm trying to build up a group for roly-polyist's rights. i'm gonna sue that damn council for not warning me against spontaneous acts of rolling! i'm hoping for a settlement in the 5-figure region.. yummy!

HAHA
i just went to see the orthopeadic doctor.
he was a really cool guy. very polite and well-spoken with received accent with a slight indian twinge.
best thing was that he used a dictaphone to take his notes.

i quote:
"the twenty-one year old philosophy student fractured his clavicle while rolling down a hill in a state of inebriation."

The nurse and I had a good laugh at that one..
