This thread is for those who want to complain about the posts and threads of others. Instead of complaining inline -- and hijacking the thread -- you can post in the Gallery of Castigation and rail with unrestrained passion. Please don't swear and also please state a specific thread or post you don't like; don't just bash the person without reason. Finally, if you need to you can post a link in the "bad" thread so the owner will be sent here to read your complaint.

Do you really think the people who are being complained about are going to have any interest in reading this thread? I think the current method is far more effective.

Andrew

I dont think he means those complained about, I think he means those who want to complain.

I'd like to add my complaint about people with bubble-beards. This has been noted by other people, including U-Turn in this thread. (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=40706). Why don't these people just grow a real one?

I mean, what's a bubble-beard? Are you going to make me do a Google search? (and don't complain about people who are too lazy to do a Google search)

Secondly, this is not the General Complaint Thread (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=23574). Complaints must be specific to people's behavior on these forums.

Notorious bubble beard wearer (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=6120). The mere act of wearing such a thing is behavior that should be suppressed. Posting a photo of such on the forum should be made a bannable-for-life offence. Well, for the duration of the bath, anyway.

OIC. LOL!

Bubble-beards rule!

At least you don't have to go to much trouble to get rid of them.

When I saw the thread title "Gallery of Castigation" my first thought was "Oh! an S&M gallery. Now why is Tyler posting that?". A lot of confusion on my part. I wasn't sure if I should click through and look at the gallery or not.

Whats an S&M gallery? People should explain themselves more. Nobody can understand EVERYTHING posted, can they? I mean, come ON.

[complaint about JC's post in the threadhttp://unicyclist.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=317279#post317279 ]

It involves bikes (http://www.sandmbikes.com/). Something that's not allowed in this family forum.

I've met Tyler and his voice is still high enough that he doesn't need to be "castigated" yet.

I wish to make a specific complaint about people posting in a complaint thread even though they have nothing you complain about.

OK. That's it.

Some people just need to get a life. They have nothing better to do than to surf this freakin' thread and complain.

Hard to believe when you think about it.

Now I think I've seen everything. I was browsing the word Castigation to come up with something witty to say and ran across this:

http://castigation.8m.com/
Greetings and welcome to the online home of Castigation, the low tuned funeral doom metal band from the deepest depths of Darlington.

Yikes! From my little sheltered world, I had no idea there was a genre of music called funeral doom metal.

I wish to register a complaint about my own nonsensical sentence that makes no sense at all, because of that "you" where it should read "to"...

bruce, i don't think u're the one in the sheltered little world

or your parent's basement

i once picked up a hitchhiker who had just finished handing out flyers for his band's upcoming performance
called 'Septic Bitch', he assured me they played only the finest in 'Blast Core' music
a term he seemed willing to use rather loosely
i met him again many years later and he actually turned out to be one of the most intelligent and articulate people i've had the pleasure of hanging out with
he describes the septic bitch period in his life as a 'phase'
at least he spelt it correctly

Phil please don't
it's a much more fun sentence this way

i was just wondering what happened to phil this morning
r u well, sir?

There's a DIY shop in Macclesfield, right in front of the train station for all visitors to see called S&M Supplies.

Makes me chuckle every time.
