No, I mean kishke.
It's the intestines of a cow stuffed with corn meal, matzo meal, chicken fat (schmaltz), and many kinds of vegetables and spices. The stuffed intestine is then boiled in water for an about an hour and then baked for about an hour and a half-two hours, basting with the juices about every 10-20 minutes.
Kishkes is Yiddish for guts.
it's Jewish Haggis.
Quiche is good too, but not as good.

I have no clue what it was called, but when I was in china there was a place (well, there were several) where you could get skewers of grilled potatos. I don't know how they seasoned them, but they were the best potatoes I've ever had.

Thickly sliced rye/whole wheat/sourdough toast slathered in butter.
I keep a toaster at my desk at work for emergencies.

I've finished coursework now, thank god!
I was obviously too conscientious (spelling) though, because I spent loads of time looking at my schoolwork, and looking at my unicycle, unable to decide which to do, and eventually doing neither. What a waste of time!
