Search feature

This is just a big ole wish list item and I realize it's probably expensive and excessive, but...

...it would be nice to have the search function include the feature found on google and elsewhere that asks "did you mean" for possible typos and alternative spellings.

Would bring up threads with giraffe spelled "girraffe", for example.
