I couldn't find the gymnastics movie. My friend has it at his house, but he's gone today (at a gymnastics meet, what a coincidence!), but once I get a hold of him I'll upload it.

I just watched the video and most of the acrobatics they do i can do. I havent tried the running but i will do when i get some time to.

Yeah, it's that le parkour stuff. I wanted to try it, but then I was like, "I don't do gymnastics." So I decided not to. But it's still fun to see how high of something you can jump off of, or how high of something you can jump on to.

Nice movie! Wow, parkour is great! I've downloaded some more videos. It would be bad to be a raw beginner at it though. You'd be trying all the stuff but with the same skills and experience as everyone else...you'd just look wierd.
