Problem with FTP and updating details

When I update my username details (such as, subdomain) I get this message.

Fatal error: Failed opening required '/home/sites/site3/web/gallery/classes/UserDBhard.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/vhosts/unicyclist.com/htdocs/members/index.php on line 298
***************************************************

When I log on to my webspace the details are as follows
Address: members.unicyclist.com
Username: perth
Password: *********

I get an error
530 Login Error
! Logon failure, so quitting

I have tried using Passive and Non Passive transfers.
I can log into my isp's webspace ok and can upload pictures into my gallery.
I'm using WS_LE ftp program.

If I go to my url http://perth.unicyclist.com
A page loads saying "no username"

Any suggestions? Problem with my account?

I've been having these problems too. I did PM Gilby about it over a week ago; he still hasn't responded (or even read my message) and I still have these problems.
