for sale/trade forum

I request a For Sale/Trade forum. Right now people use Ebay which doesn't seem like the best way to buy and sell unicycle stuff, or they post in the General forum.

I can't imagine it is difficult at all to add a new forum. And I don't see any reason not to.

I really don't see a need to. There aren't that many things sold for the need of a for sale/trade forum. If the demand for this fora becomes high enough in the future, then yes it'd be a good idea. Right now I feel that posting in the regular forum is the best way to sell.

Perhaps. But I see no risk in at least trying it. It would just make everything more organized!

I know people hardly ever sell anything. But the general forum has too much other stuff. I just don't see it as a good place to inform people you are selling something.

I see it as a great place to sell things. I think the majority of us have successfully sold stuff in the main forum without a problem. Take jagur for instance... I do feel it's a good idea to be more organized but people tend to get tired of having to check 5 different forums whenever they visit the site. Gilby did put up an "auctions" site on here which has recieved little attention... once again, I don't feel the board is ready for it.
