not able to access unicyclist.com email

Gilby:

I haven't yet been able to access my unicyclist.com email. Whenever I try to log in, no matter which way I try to log in (there's 2 that I'm aware of), I get a message saying 'Unknown user or password incorrect'. Can you explain my problem? Thanks!

I'm having the same problem as toddw9. I can log in fine, but not to email. I also get an 'unknown user or password incorrect' message. Any help here also greatly appreciated. Thanx.

Hi --

I've been getting the user and password incorrect message for the past few days. I opened the account a few days ago, and got those messages from the start. I get the welcome message on the left-hand blue panel, but when I go to check email, the error message shows up. My "secondary E-mail Address" is listed on the options page, so the system has my info. I just can't get to the email here. Help, what am I doing wrong or is there a problem?

I have been having the same problem since I first registered. I've never actually used the Email here, so I've never taken the trouble to post a question before, but now that I've run across this thread, I'll add to it.

What I get is:

I haven't been able to find a way around this.

me too! I thought at first that it was just because mine is a new account (like with the FTP problem) but most of the people in this thread have been registered for ages

I haven't been able to get a response from Gilby; whatever you see on this thread is pretty much what I've been given so far.

Yes, it's broken for new accounts since a while ago. Sorry. It is on my list of things to do/fix.
