Unicyclist.com email and Outlook Express?

I don't know much at all about how Outlook Express works, but is there any way of linking it up to my unicyclist.com email account? I really like the ease of use of Outlook Express from what I've seen.

Yes, you can access your email via POP3 or IMAP using Outlook express. Just use members.unicyclist.com as the server name for the email.
