PM - previews

It would be nice, as one can with posts to the forums, to be able to preview private messages before sending.

You can.

Just type your PM in a forum thread Post Reply window,
preview it,
modify it,
select all and copy it,
and then go over and paste it in the PM window,
and don't forget to logout or delete or just close the Post Reply composition window without hitting the Submit Reply button
